Interesting concept for a puzzle game, would love to see how mechanics could be expanded. Would've been nice to have different levels to introduce us to the mechanics. Good little puzzle.

I love the small details, like the king sometimes being a cute little dog!

Edit: An achievement for winning without losing a piece would be an awesome challenge.

This is a really simple and neat puzzle game idea!

That was a very fun intro, definitely grabbed me in the first few moments. Puzzle wise, pretty neat, simple but neat. A lot of it could be easily exploited though, like if you move your mouse out of the game, then enter it again from a different side, you could teleport the flying character to the other side, completely skipping obstacles. As for the walking character, I would've liked to control them with WASD. And having the Up/W key to jump would've been great too. Overall, I really like the presentation.

Simple and short. I enjoyed it. Made for a relaxing experience. Perhaps a little too easy, pretty much breezed through it, didn't really introduce anything interesting.

I like it! I do feel like the tutorial could have been expressed more concisely with pictures and diagrams, rather than lots of text. A tie with specials is very difficult to win, so it does discourage me from using specials.

The pixel art and animations are great. The way you interact with the interface feels really satisfying.
The gameplay however is really RNG driven, there's not really any startegies to utilize other than use up your cards hope the right one comes out, therefore every run is solely dependent on luck instead of skill or logical reasoning. Waiting for new cards to appear does slow down the process a bit too, but I see why it's done.
I see that you're a UX/UI designer on your profile, and you've certainly done a great job here making interactions with the game very satisfying! But as a game itself, it could be better thought out. Best of luck with future games!

It's clear a lot of effort has gone into this! But from the color schemes to the overuse of effects and animations, it can be hard to look at haha.
A lot of these jumps are also really tight, so it takes a while to learn how your jump works. Pressing the up key to jump as an alternative would've been nice too. Flipping and dashing felt awkward, perhaps this is the kind of game I'd much rather play with a controller.

Good effort though! It's clear you put in a lot of effort to make it look great!

Thanks for your comments! I had up arrow mapped but it caused a conflict with the browser wich uses the same key to scroll down the whole page which was anoying. I'm rethinking on the effects usage... I've received comments about it from other players, I may need to tweak it more. Thanks for playing!

Interesting concept, made for a fun gameplay loop of "Should I kill myself here and keep my gems, or continue and potentially die to something else and lose everything."

I really enjoyed it! The controls are really tight and feels fine to perform. Some of the level design forces you to perform really really tight executions in parts of some levels, even if the rest of the level was easy, and then the level after that would be easy the whole way. It was just a bit weird to be hit with such difficult tasks inconsistently.

But the game was fun to play! I love the dialogue, the little helper ghost girl is sassy lmao. God job!
